Randy Dilley is a recognized expert in Occupational Health and Safety, with a proven track record of driving impactful safety culture change across diverse industries. A United States Marine and Persian Gulf War Veteran, Randy brings decades of experience as a millwright and NCCO-certified crane operator, including extensive work in both surface and underground mining operations. Randy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Business degree focused on organizational behavior.
